B Corp Certification (Pre Audit)


To be clear… we are not yet a ‘Certified B Corp’, but we have submitted the application and completed the impact assessment, we are waiting for the audit, but in the meantime would like you to know our current position.

We believe that our business has a responsibility to create a positive impact on people and the planet, not just profit. This belief has guided our journey toward becoming a Certified B Corporation – a globally recognised standard for companies that balance purpose and profit.

Becoming a B Corp is not a marketing exercise; it is a rigorous process that examines every aspect of how a business operates. From environmental impact and ethical marketing to employee welfare, community involvement, and responsible supply chains, the certification process demands measurable accountability and continuous improvement.

Over the past 6 – 12 months, we have created and formalised a complete framework of policies and commitments designed to meet and exceed B Lab’s standards. These include our Corporate Mission Statement, ESG Objectives and KPIs Policy, Environmental Policy & Statement, Stakeholder Engagement Policy, Ethical Marketing and Customer Engagement Policy, and many others. Each document reflects our genuine dedication to transparency, sustainability, and ethical governance.

Our Resolution to Adopt B Corp represents more than compliance; it is a declaration of intent to hold ourselves to the highest possible standards. We have carefully assessed our practices across every area of the business, from packaging impact and recycling initiatives to purchasing, hiring, and supplier diversity. Every policy has been designed to ensure that our actions today contribute to a fairer, cleaner, and more sustainable tomorrow.

We are now awaiting our official B Corp audit, which will independently verify our performance against the B Impact Assessment criteria. This stage marks a major milestone for us – one that validates our commitment to being a responsible and forward-thinking company that places people and the planet at the heart of everything we do.

While the certification process is extensive, it has already strengthened our business. It has encouraged deeper reflection on how we operate, how we engage with our customers and community, and how we can continue to improve. Regardless of the outcome, our pursuit of B Corp certification has become a permanent part of our identity and purpose.
