Refunds & Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange for whatever reason, you can do this, but you will need to contact us first on to arrange it.

Products Purchased via Stockists

In the very unlikely event you have an issue with a product, If you have made a purchase through a shop or online retailer, and not directly from us, you will need to go back through them to arrange a refund or exchange, we cannot help you directly. Should there be an issue with the product that the stockist is unlikely to be able to resolve, please check with us first as we might be able to sort it.

Products Purchased Directly From Us

If you would like to return an item, it must be returned in its original packing, unopened, sealed, and in the condition in which they were originally sent so that it can be resold.

The buyer is fully liable for the return postage and getting it back to us in its original condition. You (the buyer) are liable for any loss or damage to the returned items that may occur during transportation back to us.

We strongly advise using a recorded delivery service for your own security. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned usually within 5 working days or receiving the item back.

To make a return, please email with your order number and any other relevant information that will assist us .

Damaged/faulty items

In the very unlikely event that you have received an item from us and the item inside is damaged (if its a damaged bottle, it will likely be smashed not arrive), or sent in error, please take a photo and email within 24 hours of receipt or the goods. We will contact you if any further information if required.

We are only human and we all make the occasional mistake. Talk to us first and we will be able to sort whatever the issue is without any hassle.
