Crafted using 100% natural ingredients, hand-selected English rhubarb and the finest botanicals, this exceptional multi- award-winning gin delivers remarkable depth, balance and clarity of flavour. Fresh, lively and refined, it offers fragrant floral notes and a clean, lingering finish. Serve with a crisp light tonic and a slice of lemon to reveal its vibrant character.
At its heart, the bright, crisp notes of rhubarb are perfectly balanced by a very subtle smooth honey, while classic botanicals including juniper and coriander add structure and complexity. The result is a wonderfully layered gin that is both fresh and elegant, delivering a delicate harmony of fruit, sweetness and subtle spice.
Nose:
Exquisite aromas of vibrant summer flowers combined with tart and tangy rhubarb.
Palate:
The palate is a soft with a tart rhubarb note.
