We recognise that local, independent suppliers and customers form the backbone of sustainable economic growth and community resilience. As part of this commitment, we will ensure that at least 50% of our non-labour expenses are directed towards independent suppliers who are local to our operations or the markets where our products are used. This approach not only reduces environmental impacts associated with long supply chains but also fosters the growth of local enterprises and preserves community identity.
In addition, we commit to serving at least 75% local and independent clients and customers. By doing so, we reinforce our role as a responsible local business that prioritises community relationships, transparency, and long-term partnerships. This commitment reflects our values of ethical trade, sustainability, and community investment, and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure continued alignment with our mission to promote positive environmental and social impact.
